Very true. One step at a time however Tokyopop is doing a lot of things right that I believe are renewing fans positive thoughts toward them. Things like the company's webinars help a lot showing fans they'll willing to communicate and listen.

Interesting thing about these newly announced titles is that the majority of them are one-shots, meaning they're very short-term commitments for Tokyopop. I think that's a really smart move on their part, keeping new licenses to short lengths to avoid upsetting fans with cancelled series or super slow releases.

For a while TP's status seemed a bit precarious. Right now I think even though they might be being a bit ambitious with everything, it's definitely a step up to see all of this announced and positive changes regarding the paper situation. If they manage to finish out a lot of the series on hiatus and put out the manga they have licensed it will go a long way towards repairing their relationship with some of their more fed up fans.
